A short back story — Irene & I once worked together several years ago and she sent me an invite to join her on a professional online site, just as my wife and I had purchased a home and were looking for a competent contractor to build an extension to the existing driveway and convert the unfinished portion of the basement into a garage.
Matt gave us a competitive, very fair price and immediately presented us with plans and ideas. His work was not only competent, but ethical and professional. Others he brought in for portions of the work were equally as competent and ethical. We discovered a serious mold issue in the finished portion of the basement and Matt drove forward in solving the issue in an amazingly timely manner. This included demolition of the bottom four feet of dry wall, the entire bathroom, and base kitchen cabinets, and rebuilding everything.
Matt is one of those rare people who is totally honest and thinks on his feet, giving and accepting suggestions, and does an amazing job at creative thinking.
